Ostria Resort & Spa welcomes you again in a healthy and safe environment with newly established procedures and guidelines to ensure the health and wellness of our staff and guests.

Our safety procedures in place, as presented below, comply in full with the guidelines of the World Health Organization and Greek Health authorities’ health protocols against COVID-19.

1. Arrival
  • • E - Check-in
  • • Informing guests of the Measures applied
  • • Hand Sanitizer Stations.
  • • Lobby area organised to avoid Overcrowding.
2. Rooms
  • • Disinfection with Fogger at each departure.
  • • Daily High Touch Points disinfection.
  • • Sealed packaging (TV & air-condition control).
  • • All Linens are washed at 70 Degrees Celsius.
3. Throughout the Hotel
  • • Hand sanitizers in all Public Buildings.
  • • Frequent sanitation and disinfection of Public Areas.
  • • High hygiene protocols in the Spa.
  • • Disinfection of Gym equipment after each use.
  • • Regular disinfection of Sports equipment.
  • • Activities that respect Social Distances.
  • • Increased disinfection Protocols at Kids Club.
  • • Safe distance between Beach & Pool loungers.
  • • Electronic Payment of accommodation expenses.
  • • Close monitoring of the Water Hygiene Indicators.
  • • High standards of hygiene for Swimming Pools.
4. Food & Beverage
  • • ISO 22000 and HACCP Certification.
  • • Face Masks and Disposable Gloves in Buffet areas.
  • • Sneeze Guards on Buffets.
  • • Safe distance between Restaurant & Bar Table Seats.
  • • Frequent disinfection of Tables, Chairs, Linens, Utensils.
  • • Digital Menus available.
  • • Receipt of products by qualified personnel.
  • • Temperature check of suppliers.
5. Hotel Staff 
  • • Mandatory rapid tests once a week.
  • • Daily Temperature check.
  • • Declaration of conformity of the Health Protocols.
  • • Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment.
  • • Continuous training on protection measures.
6. Legislation
  • • Respectfully follow all existing Legislation that will be issued by the Greek Government during the operation of the hotel.
  • • Immediate guests update on any occurring changes in the health protocols by the Greek Government.

Health First

The resort complex has received a "Health First" certification from the Ministry of Tourism, which proves that the company adheres to the health content protocols.
