Massages are known as the oldest form of therapy. Ancient Greek doctors used massage to heal or relieve pain through touch.

Massage therapy balances the body and spirit promoting well-being and revitalization.

  • AROMATHERAPY

The use of essential oils for therapeutic, spiritual, hygienic, and ritualistic purposes goes back to several ancient civilizations including the Chinese, Indians, Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans who used them in cosmetics. Oils such as jasmine, ylang-ylang, and rose, in combination with warm olive oil, offer perfect relaxation and promote mental and body functions. Close your eyes and enjoy the magic of the scents.

  • SWEDISH

One of the most well-known treatments that combines western and Chinese techniques. A muscle relaxation technique that relieves both bone and muscle pains, balances the nervous system, promotes blood circulation, and energizes the body itself.

  • CANDLE

A unique experience that promises to seduce your senses. The treatment is based on muscle relaxant massage with hot oil in the form of wax, enriched with beeswax and precious essential oils. As the wax heats up, it turns into hot oil, releasing perfumes that will take you on a fascinating journey. The treatment aims to moisturize and detoxify while essential oils offer deep relaxation and valuable beneficial properties to the body.

  • SPORT

Sport massage is a technique that focuses on specific tissues of the body. A unique application of pressure in combination with stretching and essential oils aims to increase the flexibility of the muscular tissue. It has been designed especially for athletes but it is also essential for people with a sedentary way of life who suffer from chronic pains, injuries, and/or lack of flexibility.

  • TΗΑΪ YOGA - STRETCHING

One of the oldest Thai treatment methods. It is a holistic therapy that consists of yoga, reflexology, and specific application of pressure to Sen lines that aims at activating the self-healing power of the body. It balances the energy flow, relieves neuromuscular tension and emotional blockages, and deeply calms the body and spirit. The treatment is carried on a specially designed mattress and the client must wear light clothing.

  • LYMPHATIC DETOX

Manual lymphatic drainage was pioneered by the Danish doctors Emil Vodder and Estrid Vodder in the 1930s for the treatment of chronic inflammation and other immune disorders. The lymphatic liquid is of vital importance to our body since it is responsible for our immune system’s capabilities and strengths. Lymphatic massage is a type of gentle massage intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph glands, which carry waste products away from the tissues back towards the heart. The lymphatic system depends on intrinsic contractions of the smooth muscle cells in the walls of lymph vessels (peristalsis) and the movement of skeletal muscles to propel lymph through the vessels to the lymph nodes and then beyond the lymph nodes to the lymph ducts which return lymph to the cardiovascular system. Manual lymph drainage uses a specific amount of pressure and rhythmic circular movements to stimulate lymph flow. Lymphatic massage promotes weight loss and skin texture and rejuvenates your body.

  • CHAKRA HOT STONES AND AROMA STONES

People have known the beneficial properties of stones from ancient times. Hot volcanic basalt stones are placed on specific chakras and combined with a massage with aromatic oils, they provide a feeling of deep relaxation. Basalt is a stone with special therapeutic properties. It absorbs heat and disperses it evenly together with its energizing properties when it comes in contact with the body. It relaxes muscular tension, reduces stress, and increases metabolism rates and blood circulation.

  • ANTI-STRESS

A combination of techniques and movements that focuses on the back, lower back, and neck area where the stress of a day is stored. It relieves chronic pains and promotes blood circulation in the area letting you feel more rested and awakened than ever before.

  • REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is an alternative medicine involving the application of pressure to the feet with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that purportedly reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, with the promise that such work effects a physical change in the body. It activates the self-healing mechanisms of the body and offers deep relaxation and harmony between body and soul. It is essential for those who face hormonal imbalances, headaches, migraines, digestive issues, insomnia, and many more.

  • INDIAN HEAD AND FACE

It is based on Ayuverda which means ‘’science of life’’ and can be traced back 400 years. Indian head and face massage uses warm essential Argan oil and focuses on high tension areas. It is recommended for those who suffer from shoulder and neck pain, headaches, insomnia, and lack of concentration while it also helps your skin glow.
